V6 error understood (it was induced by a wrongly placed GND probe). But the board shows issues on +3.3V on power-up and when more than 6 nMCM are mounted, which affects the operation of some power regulators on the TREX (i.e. ATX_1V0 and KTX_0V95 have 0V output).
apparently the power problem was only due to CAN old FW. Solved updating new CAN FW. PPM now installed at CERN n TR 104, slot #7 with TREX (not cabledwith LVDs)

PPM not powering down after MCM replacement and not responding to VME requests. Found that the J0 VME connector of the motherboard was damaged. However, the backplane connector looks ok, which indicates that the damage has not been produced during the (re)insertion of the module in the crate.
PPM exchange: PPM (serial no 38) from pp01-pp09 has been swapped with spare PPM (serial no 35) from pp03-ppm08 in order to diagnose and eliminate JEP parity errors.

Klaus has replaced MCM#8 (initially serNr 4327, now serNr 2955) due to bad values provided by the 'temperature' diode. The problem occured after the module has passed the Single Board Tests (see the temperature map created during the Full Crate Tests for PPM# 122 and compare it with the similar map for PPM# 100; see also the date when the tests were done). Also, Klaus has replaced MCM#5 (initially serNr 4317, now serNr 2956) due to missing externalBCID bit (initially not detected during the Single Board Tests).

Found possible asymmetric LVDS output for MCM# 16, ch# 3. Replaced the MCM (SerNr 4175) with MCM SerNr 3104. Also, replaced MCM# 9 (SerNr 4167) and MCM# 10 (SerNr 4169) with MCM SerNr 3105 and MCM SerNr 3107 due to bad FADC data (digCh# 4 on both MCMs). Redid all tests with the new MCMs.
